Unique course

On Sunday November 26th, The KLM Full Marathon, The Venequip Half Marathon and HBN Law & Tax 10 km will take you along the waterfront of Curaçao, across the “swinging old lady” (the famous Queen Emma bridge pontoon bridge) and even over one of the highest bridges in the world, the Juliana Bridge, at 185 feet above the sea! The Cavalier Logistics 5 KM race is on Saturday, November 25th and will take you over the Swinging Old Lady and to Punda. To see the course use the buttons with the distances. 

Fluid replacement
Along the full marathon course there are 16 water stations of which 2 with AA Isotonic drinks and bananas. For the Half Marathon there are 7 water stations including 1 AA Isotonic Drink and 2 water stations with bananas. For the 10 KM there are 4 water stations and for the 5 KM there is 1 water station. At the finish, there is a shower lane, AA drink, water and fruit.

On Sunday November 26th is the Start of the Marathon is 3.15 am (twice the half Marathon course), the Half Marathon starts at 5.15 am, the 10 km at 06.15 am. On Saturday 25th, the 5 km starts at 5.30 pm. 

Time cut off:

Participants must be able to complete the Full Marathon in 6 hours and the Half Marathon in 4 hours. Runners who are reached by the sweeper vehicle, based on the passing-time table, and will therefore certainly exceed the time limit will be called upon by a member of the jury to leave the race and, for reasons of safety, get into the sweeper vehicle.
